商品説明※アメリカの現地出品者により作成されたため、英語のまま掲載いたしております。Vintage New Jersey Shore Bird Wood Decoy Carving. by Jack Mizak. Condition is "Used". Jack Mizak was a traditional decoy carver from Cape May County, New Jersey. This example of a standing shorebird would be considered a typical example for this carver. He mostly did shorebirds and standard decoy carving. THIS CARVING IS DISCOUNTED. There is some natural flaking of the wood surface on the bottom at the incised signature and an other further forward. Photos clearly show this and it is discounted for that reason. It still looks very good (see photos) and the painted surfaces are fine. The carving is in original condition. Hand painted. Hand carved. Painted wood base. Matte finish. The total height of the carving including base is just over 9 inches (approximate) and 14 inches long. Incised signature on bottom of carving: MIZAK This carving has been in a private collection for at least 20 years. Shipping is $10 via USPS Priority Mail. No returns. Selling item as is.
